Weekly organization meetings occur in 70 minute blocks at the following times in all faiths chapel msc rudder tower and the koldus building. Study rooms are only open to cven students. The zachry event management system ems allows faculty staff and students from the texas a m college of engineering to book space in the zachry building for study sessions meetings events etc. The facilities of the msc provide a variety of rooms for every event.

University center special events offers a variety of unique venues to host your next meeting conference or special event. This student lounge is a great place to study relax or listen to others play the piano. Blcc and evans libraries are open with a cap on entry based on seating to provide safe physical distancing. The reservation website can be accessed any time from anywhere both inside and outside the campus firewall and on your mobile devices.

Please visit the graduate office in dleb 108 to reserve group study rooms. Group study rooms dleb 105a 105b. Due to the pandemic and the need for extensive cleaning and physical distancing msl study rooms are not open. Group and individual study rooms can be reserved online via the study spaces section of the libraries website.

Spring semester requests will begin the 2nd monday of november. Paper reservation requests will be accepted beginning 8 00am the following tuesday 3rd. However there are many individual study rooms and large open study spaces that do not require a reservation. We will provided reserved seating for tables computers and a print station on the first floor.

We offer a variety of room setups to accommodate your next event. Located near the respect entrance and named after one of the university s core values the respect lounge is an area where students can study or relax.
